I am passionate about helping seniors as a personal trainer because I believe everyone deserves to move with strength and confidence, no matter their age. My journey into fitness started with a personal mission to help my grandfather, who struggled with being overweight. Seeing how excess weight affected his mobility and overall health motivated me to learn everything I could about exercise and nutrition. Now, I dedicate myself to guiding seniors toward healthier, more active lifestyles, ensuring they regain their independence and improve their quality of life through safe, effective training.
