I specialize in helping women gain the strength they need to live their best lives. I apprenticed under a Medical Exercise Specialist before getting my personal training certification with the American Council on Exercise in 1998. Since then, I have trained men and women of all ages, but I feel most called to serve women. Throughout our adult lives, we’re often so busy taking care of everyone else that we find ourselves without the strength and energy to do the things we want to do. I want to help you change that. I design personalized programs, meeting women where they’re at, then building from there. My goal is to get you to the point where you can confidently navigate your own exercise program and become the independent, self-assured, strong woman capable of living her best life! Less
